When someone decides to give their kids french fries, either from McDonalds or another place, they know it perfectly well that it's unhealthy. Can you eat french fries or other fast food, sure, is it healthy? No. If you eat it in correct amounts as in sparingly, you will not get obese. In face you can become perfectly obese from everyday food. I feel and have said it thousands of times, that the government needs to have better education in schools and on tv as in commercials about healthy food. My daughter's school has an afterschool club that teaches kids healthy cooking and eating habits.

so to sum up, don't blame fast food, blame yourself if you get fat from eating it every day or every week in large potions.Ellochkahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16000408356082762653noreply@blogger.com
